A Thai woman is appealing for help after her breasts have grown uncontrollably due to a mystery condition that has left her in pain.

Lamphrai Srinuan, 46, first noticed her breasts swelling three years ago but thought nothing more of it.

Then at the end of last year, Lamphrai's breasts suddenly grew uncontrollably causing her to suffer chronic shoulder, back, and chest pain.

Her husband, Bunleang, 51, took his wife in April to the Buddhachinaraj hospital in Phitsanulok, central Thailand, where the medics were also unable to diagnose or treat her.
An examination and a scan also revealed no sign of tumours.

Speaking last Friday (14/06) Lamphrai, who has no children, said: “It’s very difficult for me to even sit or lay down to sleep at night. The breasts are getting heavier and that really hurts my neck and my back.

“I don’t wear clothes because every shirt I have doesn’t fit me now. I only have one large shirt that I wear when I go to the hospital.”
