Tuk-tuk dress is best at Miss Universe

Miss Universe Thailand won the Best National Costume award at Monday morning's Miss Universe pageant in Las Vegas.

The winner of the pageant was Miss Philippines, Pia Wurtzbach, a 26-year-old Filipina-German actress and model who was born in Germany, lives in Manila and lists her hometown as Cagayan de Oro in Mindanao, southern Philippines.

Miss USA and Miss Colombia were first and second runners-up.
