Bombs hit judge’s home, bank, hospital

The house of a Constitutional Court judge, a bank and a hospital were attacked with explosive grenades overnight, reports said on Thursday morning. There were no reports of injuries.

Police said an M67 hand grenade was thrown at the house of Judge Supote Khaimook in Soi Lat Phrao 34 of Lat Phrao district around 2am Thursday.

About 11pm Wednesday, a ping pong bomb was found at that back of the Defence Ministry. Explosive Ordnance Disposal police safely removed it.

About 10.40pm, two M79 greanades were fired at the headquarters of Siam Commercial Bank in Ratchayothin area of Chatuchak district. The first one damage windows on the eighth floor, and the second hit the first floor wall.

At 9.40pm, two M79 grenades were fired at Chulabhorn Hospital on Kamphaengphet 6 Road in Bang Khen district.
